Reimbursement information

Important details about the reimbursement program:

  • The reimbursement program is available to patients only
  • If a patient pays out of pocket for an eligible, prescribed ViiV Healthcare medicine(s) and does not utilize the ViiVConnect Savings Card, the patient can submit the Reimbursement Form online to obtain savings
  • A patient is not eligible to utilize this program if they have capped out (fully utilized the maximum benefit amount) of their ViiVConnect Savings Card eligibility

Request reimbursement

You may be eligible for reimbursement of your out-of-pocket costs if your retail or mail-order pharmacy does not accept the ViiVConnect Savings Card.

Submit Reimbursement Form Online

When and how will I get my reimbursement?

Your reimbursement request will be reviewed within 10 business days after you submit the Reimbursement Form, medicine receipt, medicine label, and insurance card (via online submission).

If you are eligible and your reimbursement request is approved, you will receive a text and email with instructions on how to receive your reimbursement funds. You can choose to have funds mailed as a check, deposited into a checking account (Automated Clearing House, or ACH), sent to a PayPal or Venmo account, or loaded onto a virtual debit card. Patients can expect to receive funds within 2 to 4 weeks.
